Sierra Exclusive started in 2019 doing one thing well: getting local businesses found on Google. Chiropractic practices were the first niche — a market where the map pack decides who gets the new patient — and the playbook we built there turned out to work for plumbers, roofers, dentists and anyone else whose customers search "near me."
Along the way we started building the systems we couldn't buy. An AI receptionist that actually books. A fleet and dispatch tracker for a delivery company we operate. Ops portals, reporting pipelines, a job-photo app that turns every completed job into local-SEO proof. We use them in our own businesses every day, which is the only reason we're comfortable selling them.
Today the agency does three things: get you found (SEO, Maps and AI search), get you chosen (ads, website, brand), and make sure nothing slips (AI receptionist, follow-up, automation). Most clients start with one and end up with all three.
