The AI Opportunity Audit: a working session with an operator who runs his own companies on AI, a written map of where it fits your business specifically, and a priced menu — so you can start this week, not "someday." $500, flat.
Everything online is hype or engineering
Either "AI will change everything" with no specifics, or a tutorial that assumes you write code. Neither tells a business owner what to do Monday.
Every vendor sells their tool
Ask a software company where AI fits and the answer is always their product. You need someone with no dog in the fight.
You can't price what you can't see
Without a map, AI is a vague future expense. With one, it's a short list with a cost, a timeline and a payback next to each item.
Vague advice is worthless, so here is exactly what you get. Every item is delivered live on a call, then sent as a recorded walkthrough you can rewatch or hand to your team.
And one more thing: we implement one Running This Week item live on the readout call — so you leave with something already working, not just a plan.
A 60–90 minute working session
We walk through how the business actually runs today — phones, quotes, scheduling, billing, follow-up, the spreadsheet nobody admits to.
A written map of where time and money leak
Task by task, with hours per week and dollars per year attached. This alone is usually worth the fee.
8–15 specific AI opportunities, scored
Each rated on effort vs. payoff, so the order of operations is obvious.
Named tools and what they really cost
No "an AI solution." The actual product, the actual monthly price, and who maintains it.
The three-tier menu, priced, with timelines
Running This Week, Built This Quarter, The Big One — below. Real numbers on every line.
Risk notes
What not to automate, and where data, privacy and compliance bite in your industry.
A recorded walkthrough of the report
Delivered live, recorded for you. The report is a conversation, not a PDF that goes in a drawer.
Examples from real audits. Your menu is built from your business — but it will look like this, and it will have numbers on it.

I'm Seth Gillen, founder of Sierra Exclusive. I'm not an AI reseller — I'm an operator. The agency, and the other companies I run, live on tools I built: an AI receptionist that answers the phones, a fleet and dispatch tracker, an ops portal that replaced a wall of spreadsheets, an automated client-reporting pipeline, and a payroll report that writes itself every Monday.
Every one of those started as a line on an audit like yours. I know which ideas survive contact with a real business and which ones look great in a demo and die in a month — because I've paid for both.
AI receptionist
Answers and books our own calls — and our clients' — 24/7.
Fleet & dispatch tracker
Built for a delivery company we operate. Used daily by real drivers.
Operations portal
Orders, inventory and sales in one screen, replacing three tools.
Self-writing reports
Payroll, client performance and rankings — generated, not typed.
1. Book the audit
Pick a time below. You'll get a short intake so the session starts with facts, not small talk.
2. The working session (60–90 min)
On video, with whoever actually runs the day-to-day. Screen-share welcome.
3. The readout, within 7 days
Report delivered live, one Tier 1 item built on the call, recording sent after.
The $500 credit
Move forward on a Built This Quarter or Big One project within 60 days and the $500 comes off the price. Menu pricing is good for 60 days — after that businesses change and we re-scope, so the numbers do too.
Capacity
Audits are done by me personally, so we take four a month. If the calendar's full, the next month opens automatically.
AI consulting — common questions
Is my business too small for AI consulting?
No. The audit is built for owner-operated businesses — one to fifty people. Small businesses actually get the fastest payback, because one person is usually doing three jobs and the first automation gives them a job back. If you have a phone, an inbox and a calendar, there's something on the Running This Week list for you.
Will AI replace my staff?
Not the way we set it up. The audit targets the work nobody wants — after-hours phones, chasing quotes, re-typing the same data into three systems, writing the follow-up that never gets sent. Your people keep the work that needs a person. Most clients add capacity without adding headcount; none have let someone go because of it.
What if I'm not technical at all?
That's the audience. The report is written in plain English, walked through live on a call, and recorded so you can rewatch it. For anything we build, you get the finished system working in your business — you never touch a prompt or a line of code unless you want to.
What tools do you use?
Whatever fits the job and costs the least to run — the report names every tool and its real monthly cost. Typically: a CRM and automation layer (GoHighLevel), an AI voice and text receptionist, Claude or ChatGPT for drafting and document work, and small custom apps where off-the-shelf doesn't fit. We don't resell software; there's no markup on tools.
Do I have to buy anything after the audit?
No. The $500 buys the report and the working session, full stop. Plenty of owners take the Running This Week items and do them with their own team. If you do want us to build a Built This Quarter or Big One project within 60 days, the $500 comes off the price.
How is this different from a free AI consultation?
A free consultation is a sales call. A paid audit is work: 60–90 minutes walking through how your business actually runs, then a written, priced map of where AI fits. You leave knowing what to do, what it costs, and what to skip — whether or not you ever hire us.
