The challenge

A skilled Charleston chiropractor with a specialty patients actually search for — prenatal, pediatric, Webster technique — and a website that hadn't caught up. In October 2025 she was getting 88 visits a month from Google and had one keyword in the top 3. Google's AI answers didn't cite her at all.

What we did

  • New service pages for nervous-system care, family chiropractic, sports chiropractic and extremity adjustments, then a full copy rewrite across eight service pages built from the doctor's own clinical comments, so every page says what she would say.
  • Blog content on the questions patients really search, written to her clinical standard and reviewed by her before it went live.
  • Google Business Profile optimized for the map pack with regular posts, plus consistent business name, address and phone across the web.
  • Technical foundation: Google indexing issues fixed, structured data added to key pages, and about 100 spam and toxic links identified for disavow.
  • A live Google reviews section on the site, so the 5-star reputation shows where patients decide.

The outcome

At her peak, monthly web traffic hit 10× where she started, and her site was mentioned in over 25 AI Overviews. Twelve months in, Google search visits are still up 2.9× (88 to 252 a month, peak 292 in April) and impressions grew 6.5×. Keywords in Google's top 3 went from 1 to 11, after peaking at 35 in June, and keywords in the top 10 went from 4 to 36. Google AI Overviews cite the site 11 times today, and citations across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI went from 1 to 19. On the map, average position for "chiropractor charleston sc" improved from 4.4 to 2.6 and "prenatal chiropractor charleston" from 2.7 to 1.8. Searched from her clinic, she holds #1 on Google Maps for Webster technique chiropractor. Reviews grew from about 80 to 109, every one five stars and every one answered. Results softened some from the summer peak, but stayed well above where the year started.

In their words
★★★★★
“I highly recommend Sierra Exclusive for website, SEO, backlinks and blogs. They care about your business and your brand. They are available if you need help or have questions. They send you a monthly report of what they worked on and where you're ranking. Don't lose sleep over this like I was before I started working with them and just hire them. :)”
